All Surfside Sips are made from durable borosilicate glass, are very durable and can withstand daily use. We offer a 30 day unlimited warranty against cracks, chips, or breakage. That being said, Surfside Sips are considered glassware and should be handled with the same caution as any other glass drinkware. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please send a photograph of the item(s), re-pack & return for a full refund. If damaged please send a photograph for a replacement or refund
